Manufacturers do not provide replacements or warranties, and we’re unable to issue credits, refunds, or exchanges for pens that are faulty or clogged. These products are mass-produced, and occasional defects may occur — especially if not stored or handled correctly.
If a flavor selected is out of stock, we’ll substitute it for something as close as possible in strain or flavor profile.
