after some trial and error i found the best way is to put some pea sized drops of RSO on parchment paper and freeze it. then i put them in baggie and back ijnto freezer. then for dosing i take 2 peas out and i have about 20 seconds before they melt, so thats plenty of time to take a drink of water and your set for the day!

Once softened, I transfer the entire contents into a glass container and dilute it with approximately 200 to 220 milliliters of MCT oil. The exact volume depends on desired potency, but that range has worked well for creating a manageable, consistent tincture strength.
After thoroughly blending, the mixture can be poured into dropper bottles for precise dosing. Diluting with MCT oil eliminates the stickiness issue that makes raw RSO difficult to handle. It also improves bioavailability due to the way medium-chain triglycerides are metabolized. In my case, this carrier oil has been easier on digestion and may have supported overall skin barrier recovery.
For medical users, higher and controlled dosing is often necessary. This format allows gradual titration without the intensity associated with inhaled products.
