Its firmer structure generally makes it straightforward to break apart and portion, although consistency can change considerably with temperature.

Lower temperatures can help preserve more of the extract’s aromatic and flavour characteristics.

For best results, keep Shatter sealed and stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Cooler conditions help maintain its characteristic structure, while warmer temperatures can cause Shatter to become softer, stickier or more difficult to handle.

Warm Weather Shipping

Shatter can naturally soften, become sticky or lose some of its glass-like structure during warmer weather and transit. This is a normal response to heat and does not necessarily indicate an issue with the concentrate.

If your Shatter arrives softer than expected, place it in the refrigerator for approximately 15–30 minutes before opening or handling.

Because temperature changes during shipping are outside our control, credits, refunds or replacements are not provided solely for Shatter that arrives softened, sticky or with a changed consistency due to heat exposure in transit.
