The STELLAR bar is hands down the smoothest 1000mg chocolate I have tried in Canada. Strawberries and Cookies sounded gimmicky on paper but the flavour is balanced, actual chocolate forward, with the strawberry coming through in the aftertaste rather than overpowering everything. Each square is clearly scored so dosing is foolproof. I usually do 2 squares (about 80mg) for an evening and it hits steady, no spikes. Onset was around 75 minutes for me on a small dinner. Texture is real chocolate, not that waxy edible chocolate you sometimes get. Storage tip keep it in a cool drawer, not the fridge, or the surface gets that white bloom. Ten out of ten, would recommend for anyone past the beginner dose range.
