Due to the nature of vape hardware, manufacturers do not provide us with warranties or replacement programs. As a result, Sticky Selects is unable to offer refunds, credits, exchanges or replacements for defective, clogged, leaking or otherwise malfunctioning vape hardware.

Occasional hardware issues can occur with mass-produced devices, so please keep this policy in mind when purchasing.

Getting the Best Performance

If airflow becomes restricted, gently warming the device in your hands or using its preheat function, when equipped, can help loosen thicker oil.

Avoid excessive heat or forcing objects deeply into the device, as this may damage the hardware.
